Progress Talk
I’ve never measured “inches,” but after reading a few books that highly recommended it, I decided to track that. I lost only one pound this week and was sad considering I ate really healthy/balanced and hit the gym every day. However somehow after measuring, it appears I’ve lost 3.5 inches. I mean, I’m so used to going by weight that I’m not sure what that means or if that’s even possible… but I measured and re-measured so hmmm… Has this happened to anyone before?
I have a feeling I need to switch something up next week… like more food/ less food or more working/ less working out. I’ve been eating between 1400 and 1500 calories I’d say and burning mostly 500 at the gym plus some weight training 3 days. If anyone has any suggestions based on their experience I could use the help! <3 Thanks guys.
